There are several packages that are offered that include several additional perks. However, if you are solely looking for personal training and nothing further, look just below!

Bronze package

Take your fitness journey to the next level with King's PT's Bronze training package. Get a personalized training plan designed to help you reach your desired goals with the help of our certified trainers.

 

This package includes:
- Free fitness consultation

- Basic nutrition consultation
- Additional assessment at the end of the month
- Three workouts a week

Silver package

Embark on a transformative fitness journey with King's PT's Silver training package. If you're serious about getting in shape, this package is designed just for you.

This package includes:

- Free Fitness consultation

- Basic Nutrition consultation
- Additional assessment/progress photos at the end of the month
- A workout plan tailored to you that will have four (4) workouts per week.
- Access to my Dropbox with recipes for all diet restrictions (updated every 2 weeks)
- Access to our Video Library

- One (1) "friend" voucher a month. Bring a buddy with you!

-Two trainer-led sessions in person or via zoom 

*Available to be paid either on a weekly or monthly basis*

Gold package

Elevate your commitment to fitness with King's PT's Gold training package. Unlock a comprehensive fitness experience tailored to your goals and guided by our certified trainers.

This package includes:

- Free consultation

- Basic nutrition consultation
- Additional assessments/progress photos at the end of the month.
- A workout plan tailored to you that will have five (5) workouts per week. 
- Access to my Dropbox with multiple recipes of different diet restrictions (updated every two weeks)
- Access to my Video Library

- Two (2) "friend" vouchers a month. Bring a buddy or two with you for a fun group workout!

- Three trainer led sessions in person or via zoom.
